Terms of service

Last updated: 30 August 2026.

These terms govern the bookling.co website and the hosted bookling service. Using either means accepting them.

Who you are agreeing with

Growth Path Agency S.R.L., Str. Drumul Putnei nr. 38-42, Et. 4, Ap. 33, Sector 3, Bucuresti, Romania. Trade Registry J2025042918007, CUI RO51980049.

Questions about these terms go to hello@bookling.co.

What the service is

bookling publishes booking pages and an embeddable booking widget, reads availability from a calendar you connect, and writes bookings back to it. Access to the hosted service is by invitation. We can decline or withdraw an invitation, and we will say why unless saying why would compromise someone else.

There is no charge for the hosted service today. If that changes we will say so before it applies to you, and you will be free to stop using it instead.

Your account and your workspace

You are responsible for what happens under your account, for the accuracy of what you publish on your booking pages, and for having the right to connect the calendar you connect. Keep your login to yourself.

Your content stays yours. We store and process it to run the service for you, and for nothing else. Events we create live in your calendar and remain yours if you stop using bookling.

What you may not do

Do not use bookling to send unsolicited bulk mail, to impersonate someone, to collect data you have no basis to collect, or to break the law. Do not attack the service, work around its limits, or use it in a way that degrades it for anyone else. Automated access is fine within reason; sustained load that costs us more than it is worth is not.

Security research is welcome. Report what you find rather than exploiting it, and do not touch other people's data while you look.

What we promise, and what we do not

We run the service with care and we will tell you about planned interruptions when we can. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and the service is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law gives you and does not let us exclude.

bookling depends on services we do not control, Google Calendar first among them. If one of those is unavailable or changes how it works, parts of bookling stop working until we catch up.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for a meeting that did not happen. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Ending it

You can stop using the service whenever you like; disconnect your calendar and your workspace stops taking bookings. We can suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, and we will give you notice and a chance to fix it unless the breach makes that unreasonable.

Changes, law and disputes

We may change these terms. Material changes get notice before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that means accepting them.

Romanian law governs these terms. Disputes go to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the right to bring a claim in the courts of your own country.
